Product Description
Dipped tire cord fabric
It is mainly made of nylon 6,nylon 66 and polyester, has advantage as: 
1. high breaking strength, 
2. excellent impact resistance, 
3. high fatigue-proof strength,
4. good adhesive strength with rubber. 
It is the high quality skeleton material of various rubber products 
which take the important role that insures shape and bears load.

Usage
It is widely used in the reinforcement for

Packing and delivery:
1. Packing details : International standard export packing in packages or according to customers requirement.
    The fabric is wound on a wooden shaft / iron shaft, then wrapped with black polyethylene film, and then covered by PE film, finally tightly PP woven bag. 
    Every roll weight/length according to customers requirement.
2. Payment Terms : 100% L/C at sight or 30% T/T in advance, 70% at sight of B/L copy.
3. Delivery Time : 
    after received workable deposit
    2 -5 days for samples
    15-20 days for 1-3 20 fcl containers
    20-30 days for 3-5 20 fcl containers                                 
4. Sample:
